Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed and sent within 48hrs of being received and will be delivered within 5-7 business days. You will be notified additionally if there are any delays on stock not being immediately available.
Pick Up hours
You can pick up your order at our warehouse from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:00pm. We are located in 12A Homestead Drive, Stonefields, Auckland. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please feel free to ring us on 09 527 3669.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in New Zealand dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
